The positions entail researching corporate actions for summarization and publication of data via the following:

• analyzing and distilling prospectuses.
• simplifying and clarifying the data for use in automated client environment
• keying in prepared data
• proof reading
• phone and mail communication with corporate headquarters, agents, dealer
  managers, stock exchanges, etc. throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Some experience in the Securities industry would be a plus but FII will provide comprehensive training in our processes and our custom-fielded data entry system.

Effective oral, writing, math and data entry skills are necessary.
