FII "Automated" Online Inquiry Portfolio System (FIIOIS-Portfolio)
FII's Automated On-Line Portfolio System will automatically check CUSIP's from
clients' systems against the FII & DTCC Financial Actions Services to
periodically obtain new Reorganization, Called Bond, Put Option or Warrant
information. These inquiries can be run daily, weekly or at other frequencies
at client's discretion.
The FII software will enable the client to input the CUSIP's they wish to track
to a PC based file. (If the Client's CUSIPs are currently stored in a PC based
file, FII will write an interface to this file at no charge to the client and
automatically update the FII Automated On-Line Portfolio Inquiry System CUSIP
file.) This software will dial FII, read the portfolio system's CUSIP file and
transmit these CUSIPs to the FII Mainframe via the FII On-Line Inquiry System.
The Portfolio System will keep track of the last date that an inquiry was
completed and inquire only on the transactions published since that date. If
for any reason the client wishes to complete a search of transactions prior to
the last inquiry date, he will have the option of modifying this date.
Each Financial Action Transaction published since the last system access date,
with a CUSIP that matches the clients CUSIP will be captured and printed. This
will include duplicate occurrences of a given CUSIP.
An Audit Report will be generated that reflects the following information:
-
The Transaction Date Range used in the search
-
The Processing Date (system log-on date)
-
The total number of CUSIPs checked
-
The total number of Financial Action Services Transactions that were found.
