The positions entail researching corporate actions for summarization and publication of data via the following:

• analyzing and distilling prospectuses.
• simplifying and clarifying the data for use in automated client environments
• keying in prepared data
• proofreading
• phone and mail communication with Firm's corporate headquarters, agents, dealer-managers, stock exchanges, etc. throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Some experience in the Securities Industry would be a plus but FII will provide comprehensive training in our processes and our custom-fielded data entry system.

Effective oral, written, math and data entry skills are necessary.
